Truck Conversion

GASKIT® Dedicated Gas Engine technology has been deployed within plantation transportation operations through the conversion of diesel-powered trucks into Dedicated Gas Engines operating on 100% Bio-CNG, eliminating the use of conventional diesel fuel.

The converted trucks are utilized for Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) transportation between plantation areas and Palm Oil Mills (POM). Using Bio-CNG derived from processed palm oil waste, the project supports cleaner energy utilization while reducing dependence on conventional diesel fuel.

Generator Set Conversion

Diesel-powered generator sets converted into Dedicated Gas Engines operating on 100% Bio-CNG for plantation power generation applications.

The system delivers reliable power while maintaining stable performance under sudden load changes.

Wheel Loader Conversion

Diesel-powered wheel loaders converted into Dedicated Gas Engines operating on 100% Bio-CNG for heavy equipment applications.

The converted units support daily plantation operations while reducing dependence on conventional diesel fuel.

Fishing Vessel Conversion

As part of a government-led initiative, GASKIT® technology was deployed to convert diesel-powered fishing vessels into Dedicated Gas Engines operating on 100% LPG.

The project supported cleaner fuel utilization and lower operating costs for fishing communities while contributing to the development of alternative fuel applications in Indonesia’s maritime sector.

Hydrogen Dual Fuel Bus Conversion

GASKIT® Dual Fuel technology was deployed to support a hydrogen utilization program through the conversion of a diesel-powered passenger bus into a Hydrogen Dual Fuel Bus for public transportation applications.

Implemented through collaboration between EBTKE, PLN, DAMRI, Sucofindo, KNKT, the Ministry of Transportation, and other strategic stakeholders, the project demonstrates the practical utilization of hydrogen as an alternative fuel for future transportation applications.
